Computer Repair Service Rates

Our computer repair prices are simple and straight-forward, either a flat rate or hourly rate.
NO Added Surprises! Our prices are honest. We will not add extra unexpected charges.

General Labor Hourly Rates:

For jobs other than those with flat rates (listed below).

In-Home Computer Repair Rate$89/hour
On-Site Business Computer Repair$89/hour ($109 for server environments)
In-Shop Hourly Rate (home & biz)$65/hour
Diagnostics – Desktop PC’s$45 (In-Shop). Applied toward repair if done
Diagnostics – Laptop PC’s$65 (In-Shop). Applied toward repair if done

Note: If a laptop must be fully disassembled to do the diagnostic, and you choose not to repair it, we must apply an additional charge of $40 to reassemble it. This is because disassembly & reassembly is a 2-3 hour process. Of course, this doesn’t apply if you choose to do the repair.

Computer Virus Repair & Spyware Removal

 

Computer Virus & Spyware Removal$130 Flat Rate (In-Shop Rate)

Includes Complete System Clean, Tune-Up, Updates, and FREE Antivirus and Maintenance Software.

Windows Installation or Reinstall

 

Windows Reinstall (Wipe Drive & Clean Install)$150 Flat Rate (In-Shop only)

Service includes all basic software, such as Adobe Reader, Flash and Open Office Software.

Need your data saved & restored?… Add $40 (up to 100GB)

Windows 7 Upgrades

 

Windows 7 Upgrades$150 Flat Rate (Labor)
Plus $140 for Windows7 Home DVD (in-shop only)

Please note that Windows XP machines require data backup, disk reformat and data restore.

Need your data saved & restored?… Add $40 (up to 100GB)

Data Recovery Service

 

Data Recovery$80 (Up to 100GB of data. $40 per additional 50GB)

Includes direct transfer to either a backup hard drive, or to another PC. Copying to DVD’s extra.

Laptop Repair Rates:

Please note we use a price range for these repairs… Why?

Some laptops require more work than others, depending on how they’re designed. For instance, some DC Power Jack repairs require soldering work, while others don’t.

Laptop DC Jack Repair or Replace$150 – $180
Laptop Motherboard Replacement$140 – $170
Other Internal Laptop Repairs$90 -$150
Diagnostics$65 (In-Shop) Applied toward repair if done.

*Above Rates are for Labor Only. Parts not included. We’ll give you a parts quote after diagnosis.
